Parrot is a french manufacturer, who offers besides hands-free kits and intelligent flowerpots, so called “Parrot POTs”, also some drones and mini quadrocopters.
We have tested the following Parrot drones so far:
Parrot Bebop 2
Quite well known is the Parrot Bebop 2 drone.
Thanks to the FPV Pack that is usually included, you can experience breathtaking FPV flights quickly and easily.
With the help of high-quality glasses and a corresponding smartphone, the drone becomes a cockpit. The range of the included skycontroller reaches up to 2000 m.
However, please take care not to violate any laws.
The drone must be within visual range and for flying with FPV goggles a second person must be present and monitor the flight according to the drone regulation.
Parrot Disco Drone
The Parrot Disco is a fixed-wing drone and not a classic quadrocopter.
It can be flown similar to an airplane and is driven by a propeller at the tail, reaching top speeds of up to 80 kmh.
Equipped with a Full HD camera, the Parrot disco drone delivers high quality images.
The Disco FPV package includes FPV glasses similar to the Parrot Bebop 2. With them you could dive into the vastness of the sky and provide an extremely realistic flying experience.
